Highly recommend A-Dental Center. They made me an appointment for next day. When I arrived, they checked me in promptly. All the staff were warm and friendly. The dentist was very attentive and made sure I was okay as they proceeded to pull 4 teeth, give me a root canal and apply a crown. Facilities were very clean and an organized. Very impressed overall.

Dental Tooth Extractions in North Hollywood, CA
We hope to help every patient keep his or her natural teeth healthy for a lifetime. However, if a tooth is badly diseased or damaged, extraction may be the only viable solution. The most natural, stable, long lasting solution is a dental implant.
We make the process as efficient and convenient as possible at our North Hollywood office, with immediate implant placement following tooth extraction. This can shorten the overall treatment time, and decrease the number of appointments needed.
Everyone will notice the beautiful smile!
About tooth extractionsPulling a tooth may sound like a very simple process. However, pure force is not the best way to perform an extraction. By using precision techniques and choosing the optimal angle, a tooth can be extracted with gentle force. This technique minimizes the risk of damage to the socket and trauma to surrounding tissue. Therefore, the procedure and recovery are more comfortable. Maintaining healthy tissue also enables immediate implant placement.
About implant placementThe common method of implant placement calls for a delay while the socket heals after extraction. Once healing is complete, an oral surgery is performed. However, in many cases this extra time and extra tissue trauma is unnecessary. Instead, the implant is placed in the socket, directly replacing the removed tooth root. It is stabilized, and the bone tissue grows around it as the socket heals. The result is a rock-solid foundation for your new tooth.
